  1. This offer entitles eligible new customers to $50 AUD off their first order placed with Whitevision Australia Pty Ltd.
  2. To claim this offer, the promotional code ORDER50 must be entered at the time of placing the order, or verbally communicated to a Whitevision Australia sales representative prior to the order being processed. The offer cannot be applied retroactively to any order that has already been placed, invoiced or dispatched.
  3. This offer is available to new Whitevision Australia account holders only. A new account is defined as an account that has not previously placed an order with Whitevision Australia Pty Ltd under any entity, trading name or contact.
  4. The minimum order value to qualify for this offer is $500.00 AUD excluding GST. The $50 discount will be applied to the order subtotal prior to GST and freight calculations.
  5. The first order must be placed within 7 days of the new account being created. Orders placed outside this window will not be eligible for the discount regardless of circumstance.
  6. This offer applies to the first order only. It cannot be applied to any subsequent orders, repeat orders, back orders or reorders placed under the same account, entity or contact details.
  7. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount, coupon code or special pricing arrangement unless expressly agreed in writing by an authorised Whitevision Australia representative.
  8. This offer cannot be transferred, exchanged, redeemed for cash or credit, or assigned to any other person or entity.
  9. This offer is not valid on freight charges, applicable taxes or any order that has already been subject to a negotiated pricing arrangement or trade account discount.
  10. Whitevision Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to verify account eligibility prior to applying the discount. Any attempt to claim this offer fraudulently, including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to circumvent the new customer requirement, will result in the offer being void and the order being processed at full price.
  11. Whitevision Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to withdraw, modify or extend this offer at any time without prior notice.
  12. This offer is subject to product availability. Whitevision Australia Pty Ltd accepts no liability for products that are out of stock at the time of ordering.
  13. This offer is valid for use in Australia only and is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

WhiteVision Christmas Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Whitevision Australia Pty Ltd, Unit 2, 13–15 Brough Street, Sandown VIC 3171 (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

a. Entry is open to Australian trade and wholesale account holders only.

b. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.

c. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion begins 12:00am AEDT on 17 November 2025 and closes 11:59pm AEDT on 21 December 2025(“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

a. Eligible entrants will receive one (1) automatic entry for every order of $500 or more (excluding GST and freight)placed during the Promotion Period.

b. Orders that include at least one pre-order product during the Promotion Period also qualify for entry.

c. Orders must be submitted, confirmed, and fully processed within the Promotion Period to qualify.

d. Cancelled, refunded, or incomplete orders will be deemed invalid and removed from the draw.

5. Major Prize

One winner will receive the PowerShark™ Prize Pack, valued at over $1,800 RRP, which includes:

6. Prize Draw

a. The winner will be drawn at 12:00pm AEDT on 22 December 2025 at the Promoter’s business address using a random selection process.

b. The winner will be contacted via email and/or phone within 2 business days.

c. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

7. Prize Conditions

a. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

b. The Promoter is not responsible for any additional costs associated with using the prize.

c. If any part of the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute an item of equal or greater value.

8. Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity, eligibility, and order validity of entrants. Any fraudulent, incomplete, or misleading entries will be deemed invalid.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

a. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the prize.

b. The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures, delays, or issues with order processing or communications.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and for the purpose of administering this promotion.

11. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
